As a Patient Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting patients and families throughout their care experience while helping the clinic run smoothly. Your Role: Welcome patients and create a positive, friendly first impression Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow Answer patient questions by phone and in person Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality Communicate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care Assist with patient copays and balances Obtain Plans of Care from referring physicians when needed High school diploma or equivalent Previous healthcare or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized with strong attention to detail Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment Why Do PC's Choose Great Strides Rehabilitation?
