Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and guiding patients through their treatment journey
• Handling patient inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
• Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Providing information on procedures, packages, and aftercare
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
