Description BASS Medical Group is seeking a Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients inquiring about care through various campaigns. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive accurate information, seamless scheduling, and consistent follow-up throughout their care journey. By combining patient communication with Salesforce CRM tracking, the Patient Coordinator will help improve patient satisfaction, increase appointment conversions, and support overall efficiency for providers and staff. This position will also provide marketing support through reporting in Epic. Key Responsibilities Patient Communication & Inquiries Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, text, and live chat. Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to patient questions. Establish trust and deliver a positive first impression of BASS Medical Group. Patient Qualification & Coordination Assess patient needs and coordinate with internal teams regarding healthcare coverage. Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or provider as needed. Scheduling & Follow-Up Manage new patient bookings and follow-up appointments. Conduct follow-up calls and texts after visits for feedback, next steps, or additional care coordination. CRM & Marketing Support Utilize Salesforce CRM to track patient interactions and monitor the patient journey. Run Epic reports to support data-driven patient management. Support marketing campaigns, including outreach calls for vein, bariatric, and primary care initiatives. Manage ive chat inquiries and ensure patients are connected to the right resources. Requirements Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, written, and in-person). Experience with scheduling, patient coordination, or customer service preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Experience with Epic EMR is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
