We are a well-established practice with a strong patient base and a supportive, team-driven culture.If you thrive in a fast-paced dental environment and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for patients from check-in to check-out, we’d love to meet you. *MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED, no exceptions. Schedule Monday through Thursday Full-time (32 hours per week) Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Verify insurance and collect patient information Schedule and confirm appointments Present and explain treatment plans Collect payments and manage financial arrangements Maintain accurate records in the practice management system Support overall front office flow and patient communication Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required Experience with Open Dental preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Team-first mindset with a positive attitude Compensation & Benefits $18–$21 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including: Health insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Paid holidays Life insurance Short-term & long-term disability Monthly bonus opportunities Room for professional growth Join a practice where your work is valued and your growth is supported.
