A well-established medical clinic in Dubai is looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team.

Requirements:

– Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator or Receptionist in a medical/aesthetic clinic in Dubai

– Strong patient communication and customer service skills

– Experience in appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, inquiries, and front-desk operations

– Good knowledge of clinic operations and patient coordination

– Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

– Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
