Smart is looking for a compassionate and skilled Patient Coordinator/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental practice and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care to our valued patients. While previous experience is preferred, it’s not essential – what matters most is your enthusiasm and dedication! This full-time position offers a schedule that includes both standard and out-of-office hours, along with a competitive salary and excellent company benefits.

This role would suit a GDC-registered dental nurse who can cover for our nurses during annual leave, holidays, and other absences.

  • Support Treatment Promotion: Collaborate with our private dentists to promote available treatments.
  • Engage on Social Media: Help manage and grow our presence across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to enhance the practice’s visibility and reputation.
  • Optimise Reception Operations: Provide top-notch receptionist services to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall patient experience.
