We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the face of our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about medical aesthetics and exceptional client care.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years in a patient coordinator or comparable customer-facing role.
• Availability to work Sundays with flexibility for schedule changes.
• Proficiency with the Zenoti booking system.
• Prior knowledge or experience in medical aesthetics is a strong asset.
• Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely people-focused.

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless start to their visit.
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and the daily calendars of doctors and technicians.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to email and phone inquiries, providing detailed treatment information.
• Process billings and daily cashouts with accuracy.
• Maintain stock control for the reception area.
• Capture daily operational data.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of reception.
• Ensure all consent forms are completed prior to treatments.
• Provide aftercare advice following patient visits.
• Assist with before-and-after photography.
• Share in-depth knowledge of treatments and retail products to educate and guide patients.
