Job Details Job Location: Lowell, MA 01852 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly Job Category: Health Care Simply Dental of Lowell is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be a vital part of our patient-centered team. This role supports clinical excellence by ensuring every patient receives outstanding care and service from start to finish. Prior dental office experience is preferred. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm What you will be doing: Providing exceptional customer service Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile Checking patients in and out for appointments Scheduling appointments for patients Answering phones with enthusiasm Picking up and organizing mail to and from office Assisting with patient billing processing and questions Organizing and filing all paperwork generated by the clinic Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow Keeping reception area clean and orderly at all times Checking and verifying patients' insurance Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities Other duties as assigned by the manager We offer a competitive compensation, and you will access to benefits including Day-one health insurance 401K 2 weeks' paid time off in your in first year Paid holidays & sick time Dental and Orthodontic Discounts Vision insurance Qualifications What qualifications you bring: 1 year experience in a dental office preferred Working knowledge of dental practice management software Positive energy Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff
