This role supports clinical excellence by ensuring every patient receives outstanding care and service from start to finish. Prior dental office experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish. Dental experience is required. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer service Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile Checking patients in and out for appointments Scheduling appointments for patients Answering phones with enthusiasm Picking up and organizing mail to and from office Assisting with patient billing processing and questions Organizing and filing all paperwork generated by the clinic Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow Keeping reception area clean and orderly at all times Checking and verifying patients' insurance Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities Other duties as assigned by the manager #simplyden QualificationsQualifications: 1 year experience in a dental office is required Working knowledge of dental practice management software i Positive energy Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff
