As a Patient Coordinator in our practice, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of dental insurance verification and insurance benefits prior to patient appointments. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:40 am - 5 pm What you will be doing: Verifying Dental Insurance Eligibility and Benefits prior to patient appointment Assisting patients with understanding their benefits Accurately update patient insurance information in dental software system Collaborate with front office team and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate treatment plans Strong Knowledge of dental terminology and CDT codes Providing Exceptional Customer Service Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile Checking patients in and out for appointments Scheduling appointments for patients Answering phones with enthusiasm Assisting with patient billing processing and questions Assisting the clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow Always keeping reception area clean and orderly Participating company marketing events and responsibilities Handling other duties as assigned by the manager The benefits you will receive with full time employment: Health Insurance enrollment on your first day Vacation Time Paid Holidays Paid Sick time Dental and Orthodontic Discounts Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Plan QualificationsWhat qualifications you bring: 1 year experience in a dental office required Working knowledge of dental practice management software Positive energy Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff
