Community Clinic recognizes that every employee plays a vital role.  We care.  You belong.  Job Summary Community Clinic is seeking a bilingual front desk Patient Coordinator for a busy family practice clinic in Springdale. Must have either Spanish or Marshallese language ability in addition to English. Must have strong computer skills, excellent communication, organizational ability, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Must have some front desk or other customer/client service experience. Schedule for this position will be Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-1pm. Key Responsibilities  * Provides exceptional customer service during all aspects of a patient visit to Community Clinic.  * Ensures patient information is entered into the electronic medical record (EMR) accurately and updated regularly for all patients. * Ensures patient payments are collected, posted correctly to accounts and collections are balanced daily.  * Schedules patient appointments  * Maintains a clean and orderly work environment  * Assists as requested by provider in procedures and examinations within guidelines of certification and/or training. * Translates written and verbal communication between patient and providers, nurses or ancillary staff, as requested by either the patient or staff and as skills allow.   Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required.  * Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office is required * Bilingual Spanish/English required.  * in-person customer service or office setting experience required * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds.  * Customer service experience required Why Join Community Clinic?  * Be a part of a mission driven organization providing comprehensive health care to everyone in your community, regardless of their financial or medical situation! * Automatic 5% contribution to employee retirement plan, no match required! * Competitive pay, time-off, and paid holidays!  * 2 Annual bonus opportunities worth up to $1000 each!
