PhysioPlus Health Group is an established physiotherapy clinic conveniently located on the Bloor subway line with a strong reputation for delivering high quality care. We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated person with a positive attitude to assist with a variety of front office and administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred but NOT required:

• Prior work in retail e.g Zara, The Bay, Aldo, etc
• Prior work in a healthcare setting (e.g. medical, physiotherapy, massage, chiro)
• Familiarity with MVA billing and Telus Portal

SKILLS:

• Make a positive and lasting impression on the patient, from the moment they arrive at the practice to the moment they leave
• Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
• Manage patient calls and inquiries with a smile
• Book appointments and manage potential cancellations and overcome objections to motivate the patient to keep the appointment
• Take payment from patients as they come out of the treatment room
• Assist with the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings
