Description Patient Coordinator Windy Hill Dental Associates – Marietta, Georgia *Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office (required, no exceptions)* Windy Hill Dental Associates is a busy, two-dentist practice with a strong, established patient base. We are seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to join our front office team. This is a permanent position offering competitive pay, full benefits, and the opportunity to grow with our practice. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor Check out patients and schedule follow-up appointments Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations as needed Confirm all patient appointments for the following day Answer patient questions in person and over the phone Maintain and order front desk supplies as needed Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth office flow Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office (required, no exceptions) Experience with Open Dental software a plus Strong multitasking and organizational skills Outgoing, professional, and patient-focused personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate: $17–$22 per hour (based on experience) Full-time, permanent position.
