JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

The role of Patient Engagement Associate(Temporary/Part-Time) is to provide information about Mesh Bio’s latest digital twin software medical device at GP clinics. Suitable patients will be invited to participate in a health study. Training will be provided.
This role is ideal for students, or individuals seeking flexible part-time opportunities who enjoy engaging with people and have a pleasant personality.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO:

• Engage with patients in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide clear explanations about Mesh Bio, our products, and services.
• Address inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate teams where necessary.
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required.
• Open to students, or individuals seeking part-time/flexible work .
• Strong communication skills with a pleasant and approachable personality.
• Enthusiastic about talking to people and representing Mesh Bio positively.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability.
• Interest in healthcare, technology, or customer service is a plus
• Temporary role from September – December 2025 .
• 20 hours per week (negotiable) , with core availability Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (flexible scheduling possible).

• Customer Interaction Authority : May provide general information about Mesh Bio and its products/services, following approved scripts, FAQs, or training materials.
• Representation Authority : Acts as the first point of contact and represents Mesh Bio in a professional and friendly manner at the desk, events, or inquiries.
