Responsibilities
You present treatment options to prospective patients across different regions through virtual & in-person meetings.
You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, EMR systems for follow-up tasks, and managing patient-related activities.
You will be cross-trained as a Surgical Counselor and a Clinical Counselor (in-clinic positions).
