Description:
Responsibilities:
- You present treatment options to prospective patients across different regions through virtual & in-person meetings.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
- You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
- You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, EMR systems for follow-up tasks, and managing patient-related activities.
- You will be cross-trained as a Surgical Counselor and a Clinical Counselor (in-clinic positions).
