✅ What You’ll Do

Primary role:

  • Engage with prospective patients who have booked a free 15-minute consultation or abandoned checkout, answering questions and guiding them toward conversion.
  • Follow up with patients via phone, text, or email to support onboarding and ensure they feel confident moving forward with our services.

Secondary role:

  • Manage reviews and feedback, encouraging happy patients to leave reviews and responding to concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Track patient satisfaction and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improved support and communication.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and a consistent experience across all patient interactions.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, patient engagement, and/or healthcare admin (startups or virtual care a plus).
  • Empathetic and confident communicator, especially over the phone and in writing.
  • Comfortable with sales, you’re persuading, not pressuring.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage follow-ups independently.
  • Passionate about women’s health and excited to work in a mission-driven startup environment.

✅ Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in digital health, concierge medicine, or wellness
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or patient management platforms
  • Comfort using metrics (conversion rates, NPS, etc.) to guide your work

✅ Job Details

  • Location: Remote (Canada required). Our clinical and ops teams are primarily Ontario-based, and time zone alignment is helpful.
  • Time: This is a full-time 40-hour/week role with need for availabilities some weekends.
  • Compensation: Combination of base and bonus salary. Starting at $20-30 per hour with bonus. We believe in attracting A+ talent and compensating accordingly.
