• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering an elevated and welcoming experience.
• Conduct patient intake interviews (both phone and in-person), gathering accurate medical and personal information.
• Coordinate the patient onboarding process, including scheduling initial and follow-up appointments.
• Upload lab results to electronic health records (EHR) and notify patients when results are available.
• Guide patients through next steps, ensuring clarity and support throughout their care journey.
• Educate patients on concierge membership tiers and wellness services, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date patient records.
• Partner with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent communication between patients and providers.
• Anticipate patient needs and deliver proactive, concierge-level service.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all clinic policies, maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
