At Body Science, we are proud to operate a fun, modern rehabilitation clinic. We are a multidisciplinary clinic with physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and psychotherapists who LOVE what we do.
We are looking for a full time ‘Patient Experience Coordinator’ with medical office experience and positive energy, someone who is detailed-oriented and can bring excitement to their role at our clinic space. We believe that the front desk staff is really the engine of the clinic, and is just as important as the therapists!

Duties would include, but not limited to:

  • Greeting patients and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere
  • Booking Initial assessments and follow-up visits via telephone and email
  • A competent knowledge of the services that are provided in the clinic and the ability to explain them to potential patients
  • Submitting direct billing using Telus, Sunlife, Provider Connect, Blue Cross & Claimsxchange
  • Accepting multiple methods of payment via the POS merchant terminal
  • Setting up general information in patient Motor Vehicle Accident plans on HCAI.
  • Re-booking and scheduling appointments
  • Keeping detailed reports of key performance indicators (metrics, statistics) using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic

Experience with ‘Jane’ software would be an asset
This position will be 5-6 hours on weekdays & 8:30am-3:30pm on Saturday.
The position will start with approximately 4 hours per day shadowing our current Patient Experience Coordinator for orientation, transitioning to full shifts within the following 1-2 weeks.
