Physiotherapy clinic looking to fill a part-time reception position at our Barrhaven location. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, fast-paced team player, who can perform these duties:
- Answering incoming and outgoing emails
- Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Invoicing clients, taking payments
- Balancing end of day reports
- Responsible for collecting proper insurance claim forms and information from clients, for direct billing purpose
- Greeting clients as they come into the clinic
- Assisting the therapists (cleaning beds etc., )
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer service:
Ability to make clients feel comfortable when they walk into the clinic, must be attentive to the needs of patients and demonstrate empathy
- Organizational skills: Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff and easily interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and accommodative manner
- Technology skills: Capacity to work with phones and computer systems
- French-speaking preferred
