We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who can help improve how patients and families interact with our services. You will work closely with clinical teams, administrative staff, and hospital leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure patient feedback is translated into meaningful action.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Support: Assist patients and families with service concerns, questions, and requests while ensuring appropriate follow up.

Experience Improvement: Identify recurring service issues and recommend practical improvements to patient facing processes.

Feedback Management: Collect and organize patient feedback, satisfaction information, and service concerns for review.

Department Coordination: Work with clinical and administrative departments to resolve patient experience issues and improve communication.

Reporting: Prepare routine reports and summaries related to patient feedback, service trends, and improvement initiatives.

Communication: Maintain professional communication with patients, families, staff, and internal stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in patient services, healthcare administration, customer experience, hospital operations, or a related field.

Education: Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business administration, health services, or a related discipline is preferred.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

Technology: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, electronic records systems, and standard administrative software.

Mindset: You are empathetic, organized, solution oriented, and committed to creating a positive patient experience.

Pay: $36,300.00-$67,661.00 per year
