SOS Physiotherapy is a well established clinic serving the Kitchener-Waterloo community for over 30 years. We are a Physiotherapist-owned, multi-disciplinary clinic, with three locations within the Waterloo region, Guelph and Vacouver. Our practice is patient centered and results oriented. We are a motivated and close-knit team who bring out the best in each other and our patients, while keeping a positive environment. We are looking to add a Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC). As an integral part of our team, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will strive to deliver the highest quality patient experience for all those that seek out our services.
The Patient Experience Coordinator will positively engage patients whether by phone, email or in person, and execute all administrative tasks while maintaining organization and cleanliness within the clinical setting.
