ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Patient Experience Lead who will play a key role in both delivering excellent patient care and converting inquiries into loyal patients. From the first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, you will ensure every individual feels valued, supported, and confident in their decision to proceed with treatments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to new patient inquiries across all channels (calls, WhatsApp, emails).
  • Build trust and rapport with prospective patients, addressing their concerns and guiding them toward the right treatments.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing accurate information and personalized recommendations.
  • Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and positive journey from consultation to treatment and beyond.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure treatment plans are clearly communicated and followed through.
  • Collect feedback and use insights to improve conversion and retention strategies.
  • Train and motivate front-line staff to uphold high standards of service and patient engagement.
