Are you passionate about improving patient care and delivering exceptional service within primary care? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Patient Experience Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the experience of patients across our GP practices

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for patient feedback, concerns, and compliments, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Analyse patient feedback, Friends and Family Test results, and other data to identify trends and develop action plans
  • Work with practice teams to implement improvements that enhance the patient journey and overall experience
  • Coordinate and chair when necessary Patient Participation Groups (PPGs), ensuring meaningful engagement with patients
  • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a resolution that aligns with organisational policies.
  • Lead on initiatives to promote inclusivity, accessibility, and equality of care
  • Provide regular reports and updates to practice management and senior leadership on patient experience performance
