Hours are M-F, 7:45am - 4:45pm. The address is: Tempe Clinic 1910 E Southern Ave Tempe AZ 85282 This is NOT a remote or hybrid position. In this pivotal role, you will enhance patient interactions and support our mission of delivering compassionate and individualized care. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate communication regarding patient needs and treatment plans. Educate patients about services offered and guide them through their treatment journey.
