Description PATIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST / Outpatient Recovia, LLC is seeking a PATIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST for our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic at our Midtown Phoenix Clinic. The pay is $19/hr. Hours are M-F, 7:30am - 4:30pm. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position. The clinic is located at: 337 East Coronado Road, #201 Phoenix, Arizona 85004 In this pivotal role, you will enhance patient interactions and support our mission of delivering compassionate and individualized care. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate communication regarding patient needs and treatment plans. Educate patients about services offered and guide them through their treatment journey. Requirements Qualifications Proven experience in a medical office setting, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in office software and electronic health record systems is preferred.
