JOB SUMMARY

The Patient Experience Support Person plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for patients within our healthcare facility and through online platforms. This position involves interacting with patients, managing front desk operations, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in medical or dental office settings, and familiarity with Jane Software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, particularly Jane.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in front desk operations.
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Instagram, Canva and google for business.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care activities using Jane.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all electronic medical records are up-to-date.
  • Provide information to patients regarding their treatment plans, office policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Address patient concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
