BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related technical field

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in IT technical roles
  • 1+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems development, or technical support for enterprise SaaS platforms—preferably those focused on customer engagement or support.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
Responsibilities

As a Systems Engineer on the Consumer Experience team, you’ll be responsible for taking strategic ideas and transformation objectives through the Alpha, Beta and Release phases of product development. You will be collaborating with stakeholders across our company to build, modernize, support, and optimize technical solutions that enable a frictionless, digital-first Lilly experience for our patients and caregivers.
You’ll collaborate closely with Lilly Patient Services and cross-functional Tech@Lilly teams to design scalable, AI-powered solutions that enhance patient support and streamline engagement workflows.
