The Patient Flow team at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team in the key role of Patient Flow Bed Manager. The position is temporary part time, morning and evening shifts, Monday to Friday until September 2025.
Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until 30 September 2025 (with possibility of ongoing employment)

RNSH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Patient Flow Team as a Bed Manager. This key role involves coordinating patient admissions to inpatient beds, ensuring timely, safe, and effective flow across the hospital. The Patient Flow Bed Manager will be located with the Patient Flow Team within Nursing and Midwifery Operations. The Bed Manager will work closely with the Patient Flow Manager, Deputy Director of Nursing and Capacity Coordinator, in order to facilitate flow of patients throughout RNSH.
Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) will manage a unit or ward in order to provide a quality standard of care to NSLHD Patients.
