Healing Hands Chiropractic is a sports-focused multi-disciplinary chiropractic office. We are patient centered, dynamic, and on the leading edge of patient care, and are looking for the right fit to join our team. Our position of Patient Flow Coordinator will focus on patient interaction, patient experience, and office flow.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:

The role of Patient Flow Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing overall movement of patients through the office
  • Ensuring our patients have a positive experience while in our office
  • Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and doctors
  • Bilingual in Spanish (optional)
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Setting patients up on therapy
  • Assisting with answering the phone and other front desk duties as assigned
  • Assisting with scheduling and checking patients in and out of the office

We will provide on the job training and potential certifications to our selected candidate. Again, we are looking for a team member who can bring value to our office and fits in seamlessly.
