Patient Flow Coordinator - Ashford Hospital Ashford Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their team as a Patient Flow Coordinator either in a full-time capacity or a shared role up to full-time hours. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The Patient Flow Coordinator will be integral in assisting Ashford Hospital to achieve maximum patient flow throughout the hospital and assisting the Hospital Coordinator to maximise admissions and continue to provide timely transfers and admission and discharge throughout the hospital. In this role you will report to the Hospital Coordinator on shift and work with the nurse management team to maximise the admission, discharge and transfer of patients throughout the hospital. This is a pivotal role in supporting patient flow and ensuring seamless care transitions across the hospital. Your expertise and clinical acumen will be invaluable in facilitating effective communication, supporting discharge planning, and optimising resource utilisation.
