How you’ll make an impact in this role Assign and prioritize patient beds based on clinical need and unit capacity to ensure optimal patient placement and flow. Partner with nursing leadership and environmental services to proactively prioritize cleaning workflows, minimizing patient wait times. Consult with nursing and provider teams to facilitate the smooth placement and transfer of all patients. Diligently maintain patient documentation and department logs, executing placement orders with precision. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable. What additional preferences we're seeking Previous experience.
