Patient Home Draw Coordinator - Wallingford, CT, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM Pay range: $21.84 - $24.14 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Responsible for resolving all client concerns regarding patients that require a home draw. Troubleshoot inquiries from all sources (i.e., Client Services/Sales). Develop and maintain schedule for phlebotomists assigned to the home-draw patient. Client notification and follow up required on these and more complex issues. Responsibilities
Coordinate home draw services by resolving client concerns and troubleshooting inquiries. Develop and maintain schedules for phlebotomists while ensuring patient and client satisfaction.
