The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is pivotal within Roche's new organization, redefining our societal role from primarily providing world-class medicines to actively partnering, innovating, and driving generative disruption, ultimately enhancing outcomes for patients, communities, and the organization without traditional sales targets or incentives. Your Impact Collaborate with other Disease area PJPs and the relevant Disease area lead to enhance the patient journey Emphasize the importance of integrating external insights and collaborating with partners to identify opportunities for faster patient outcome transformations Leverage Roche's expertise, science, and knowledge to enrich the healthcare ecosystem by bringing internal insights to the forefront Has the authority to request resources from Roche, both within the affiliate and across the broader network Act as a trusted partner, you serve as a primary (but non-exclusive) contact between stakeholders and Roche, communicating patient and stakeholder needs internally, prioritizing resources, and driving timely solutions Collaborate with patient journey stakeholders to eliminate obstacles and unlock opportunities that deliver value for patients and the community By overseeing the entire patient journey, you employ system thinking to identify common goals among stakeholders and co-create solutions within the ecosystem. Ensure positive stakeholder experiences with Roche employees, products, and services, enhancing engagement within the ecosystem. Who you are You hold a University degree (scientific). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus You bring 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a robust background in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, business acumen, and understanding of patient journeys and medical affairs strategies, with demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
