JOB SUMMARY

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and managing bookings over the phone
  • Providing treatment plans and referrals through our partners
  • Maintaining and updating the appointment system
  • Updating clinicians schedules
  • Taking control of stock and placing orders as required
  • Preparing treatment rooms ahead of each appointment
  • Assisting clinicians and supporting smooth clinic operations
  • Selling treatment packages and promoting services
  • Ensuring the clinic is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an aesthetic or beauty clinic is preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable using booking software and working independently
  • A keen eye for presentation and detail
  • Ability to work within a close knit team

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: £12.30 ph - negotiable

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Patient Liaison you are expected to bridge the gap between clinician and patient - supporting clinicians to consistently perform at the high standard Novellus is known for by nurturing meaningful relationships with our patient base.
Novellus understands the importance of our Front of House team’s knowledge, so as part of your training you will be spending clinic days shadowing our practitioners, many of which are rising experts in their fields. Additionally, there is scope to broaden your skill set with our negotiable training budget.
You will be reporting directly to our Clinic Manager - winner of Highly Commended Clinic Representative of the Year at the Aesthetics Awards 2024 - who will take charge of your professional development to ensure our excellent customer service standards are met.
