We are looking for a new team member to join our busy rural GP surgery.
Role will include:
· face to face reception work
· answering patient calls dealing with the request or filtering through to appropriate department
· booking appointments and carrying out basic triage
· signposting patients to available services
· dealing with GP requests
· chasing hospital letters and test results

Applicants will need:

• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• to be computer literate
• the ability to prioritise their workload with attention to detail
