We are seeking a Patient Management Administrative Assistant to provide effective and efficient high-level administrative and secretarial support for our Triage Services Department.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Burwood East office in line with our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Patient Management Lead, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

  • Provide broad administrative support, including diary management, meeting agendas and minutes, preparation of various draft correspondence and documents
  • Act as an initial point of contact for the Patient Management Lead
  • Undertake research and project work in consultation with management, when required
  • Provide administrative support as part of the development, implementation and management of patient management plans for frequent and complex callers
  • Coordinate and collate monthly/quarterly operating reports, as well as compile ad-hoc statistical, financial and analytical reports within given deadlines

About you

To be considered for this position you will possess:

  • Demonstrated substantial experience and expertise in providing secretarial and administrative support within a large organisation or department
  • Previous experience in the heath sector is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of administrative systems
  • Proven experience in using computerised financial information systems, word processing and spread sheeting applications including intermediate computer and proficient typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the Internet
