YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Inpatient admission
• Ensure that all non-elective treatment contracts are also signed correctly and promptly.
• Cost control
• Communication with payers, patients and interfaces within the institution
• Parking meter maintenance
• Deposits and withdrawals in the hospital cash register 

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training as a healthcare administrator, or alternatively, completed training as an office management assistant, medical assistant or nurse.
• Experience in patient management, ideally within the statutory/private health insurance environment, is desirable.
• Safe use of MS Office
• Structured work methods
• Commitment, as well as learning and communication skills
• Resilience and independent work
