Your tasks - How you can get involved

• Administrative tasks within the context of elective patient admission and emergency room
• Recording of patient master data, creation and processing of billing-relevant documents
• Providing information to patients and their families about the possibility of using and the prices of optional services, as well as concluding the associated contracts.
• Deployment in the information and telephone switchboard
• Management of in-house alarm systems

Your profile - What sets you apart

• Completed vocational training (commercial or in a medical field; career changers are welcome)
• Good computer skills (ideally Dedalus Orbis KIS)
• Active participation in the 3-shift system (including night shifts), also on weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility, high commitment
• Sensitivity and empathy (social competence) in dealing with our patients and their families.
• A confident, competent and service-oriented demeanor as well as well-mannered manners are required.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interacting with people
• Good time and task management skills, as well as high resilience even under heavy workloads.
