To support the team at our branch in Cologne-Ossendorf, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) in patient management.

Your area of ​​responsibility

• Care of our patients during their stay
• Accepting and forwarding telephone calls
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Coordination of appointments and the associated preparation and follow-up work.
• Internal and external correspondence in the context of assistive device provision
• Recording and maintenance of patient data
• Assistance with the model acceptance procedure on the patient

Your profile

• Completed training as a medical assistant, dental assistant, pediatric nurse, hotel specialist, office management assistant, pharmaceutical sales assistant (PKA), healthcare administrator, wholesale and foreign trade administrator, legal assistant, special needs care assistant, childcare worker, nursing assistant or in a similar profession
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills, reliability and teamwork
• Sound, structured and economical working methods
• High service orientation and a reliable and customer-oriented approach
