Patient Management Staff (m/f/d)

for a temporary part-time position (50%).

The field of activity includes:

• Administrative and organizational tasks in outpatient and inpatient care
• Appointment coordination for the neurological outpatient clinic and day clinic
• Care and organizational support for private and elective care patients
• Telephone and written communication
• Documentation of services relevant for billing, as well as management and digitization of patient records.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or medical training, or alternatively, career changers with service experience.
• Professional experience and knowledge in the healthcare sector are desirable.
• Service orientation, strong communication skills and empathy
• Organizational skills as well as a structured and independent work style.
