The Westend Day Clinic is located in the heart of Munich. Its psychosomatic therapy concept is multimodal, embedded in a group-oriented setting. Adult patients with depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders, as well as young adults aged 18 to 25, receive outpatient treatment from Monday to Friday. Group therapy includes open-topic groups and structured group sessions, conducted by a multidisciplinary team consisting of licensed psychotherapists, psychologists, physicians, co-therapists, and specialist therapists.

Patient Management Staff (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time, temporary.

• In this responsible position, you are responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing the patient's stay, including correspondence with patients, referring physicians, hospitals, etc.
• They perform various reception duties, such as telephone switchboard operation, and are the first point of contact for information and inquiries.
• Your varied tasks also include all secretarial duties, including supporting the team in the organizational processes of the station, as well as cash management and accounting.
