Patient Information Officer (m/f/d)

Your tasks will include:

• In your role you will be involved in patient registration and information, including the telephone switchboard.
• You create correspondence independently.
• Finally, you ensure efficient internal and external communication.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial and/or healthcare sector, including IT skills, or you bring qualifications from a hotel business (hotel management or hotel management professionals welcome).
• You are characterized by proficient use of common communication tools and very good MS Office skills.
• Good German skills, both spoken and written, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your portfolio.
• Furthermore, you are willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as night shifts.
• You are characterized by a structured work style, a quick grasp of concepts, and a desire for new challenges.
• You are an open-minded person and possess a high degree of flexibility, teamwork skills and a love of communication.
