For the Helios Clinic Emil von Behring in Berlin, we are looking for a full-time employee (38.5 hours/week) as a patient manager (m/f/d) in the admissions center as soon as possible.

This is what you can expect

• You are part of our innovative and solution-oriented team in the admissions center.
• You manage and coordinate the process for our patients during the preparation phase of their outpatient or inpatient stay at our facility.
• You will receive our patients and handle their administrative and organizational admission.
• In the diagnostic area, you are independently responsible for performing blood draws and writing ECGs.
• We support your professional and personal development.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant or nursing professional (m/f/d)
• You communicate clearly, in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• You enjoy managing interfaces with the various departments of our clinic and possess strong organizational skills.
• You enjoy working independently, in a structured and careful manner.
• You have a skilled understanding of digital documentation systems.
• Proof of legally required measles immunization
