  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational delivery of a large-scale healthcare assessment contract, ensuring performance targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Work closely with senior leadership teams to deliver contractual KPIs and operational objectives.
  • Drive service improvements by reviewing operational processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational partner.
  • Prepare and present operational performance updates, action plans and service improvement initiatives to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership teams to ensure operational and clinical priorities remain aligned.
  • Support quality, governance, compliance and health & safety requirements across multiple sites.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of operational managers and support staff.
  • Oversee performance management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
  • Lead organisational change programmes, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across the business.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate operational risks, escalating issues where appropriate.
