Saving Lives with Early Detection Patient Navigator Administrator – Hereditary Cancer Testing (Remote) Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM At HALO Diagnostics (HALO Dx), we understand that every patient is unique. We are seeking a Patient Navigator Administrator to join our growing Patient Navigator team. In this vital, fully remote role, you will be responsible for conducting patient callbacks to schedule genetic testing, providing education, and offering ongoing support for our evolving precision diagnostics offerings—specifically related to Hereditary Cancer Testing. This is a collaborative role that requires adaptability, effective communication, and attention to detail. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our Patient Navigators and enhancing the patient experience. What You’ll Do: Conduct patient callbacks to schedule genetic testing appointments Provide clear, compassionate education and support about hereditary cancer testing Register patients and manage follow-up appointments Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information Monitor and follow up on no-shows and cancellations to optimize scheduling Maintain a professional and secure virtual work environment, adhering to HIPAA regulations Participate in team meetings and ongoing training on virtual healthcare best practices What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of recent administrative experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with patients Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems Comfortable using secure messaging and communication platforms Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant remote workspace Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Why Join HALO Dx?
