This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 20 paid hours per week, Flexible within US Eastern Timezone Key Responsibilities: Support patients in understanding and navigating U.S. healthcare processes (insurance, referrals, follow-up care) Clarify AI-generated responses and guide users through non-clinical next steps Offer warm, empathetic communication by chat and phone Escalate any urgent or clinically complex issues to U.S.-licensed RN team Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA-compliant communication Collaborate with the U.S.-based operations and AI teams Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare support role Familiarity with U.S. healthcare system workflows (insurance, scheduling, etc.) Strong knowledge and experience in insurance and the U.S. healthcare system.
