Description

Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors, advising them of their appointments and checking them in Answering telephone calls and managing patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar effectively. Handling prescription requests from patients and pharmacies. Dealing with patient queries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Handling and accurately recording incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters and emails. Ensure the reception area is left tidy and ready for use by other colleagues, together with any hand-over information Complete the surgery administration, including registrations and deductions What You’ll Bring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and administrative tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Desirably have prior experience as patient navigator Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
