Description

We are a large, innovative and well-organised London Teaching Practice with a traditional ethos of patient-centered continuity of care based in Battersea, South West London.
We want to increase our Patient Pathway Coordinators team to join our committed and friendly Reception team.
The purpose of the role is to:
· Offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person, via the telephone or by email
· Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way either in person
· Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice: prescriptions, scanning, registrations, referrals, admin, assigning requests
· Facilitate effective communication between patients and clinical team members and the wider primary care team.
We have one full-time position currently available.
Salary: £13.85 after successful completion of probation period
