Position Summary Össur is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Patient Reach Marketer to join our Chronic Solutions (Americas) marketing team. This new role will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with our patients and key external partners. You will be responsible for supporting regional Go-To-Market execution, with patients, advocacy groups, and external stakeholders. This individual in this role will develop and implement Direct to Patient (DTP) marketing plans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to organize and prioritize, be team-oriented, and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with mobility challenges. This position reports to the Director of Marketing for Chronic Solutions (Americas). Location: Orlando, Florida, United States of America / Southeastern US Responsibilities Consumer Lead Follow-Up Respond promptly and professionally to all consumer inquiries and leads generated through various channels (e.g., website, social media, events, customer service referrals). Qualify leads and provide accurate information about Össur products and solutions, guiding consumers to appropriate resources or sales channels. Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless consumer journey. Patient Advocacy Group (PAG) Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for relevant patient advocacy groups in the US market to build advocacy and stakeholder engagement supporting Go-to-Market initiatives. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with PAGs to understand their needs and identify differentiated partnerships. Coordinate Össur's participation in PAG events, initiatives, and educational programs. Facilitate the sharing of Össur resources and information with PAG Members Ambassador Management: Lead the localization of global efforts, including executing the Össur Family tactics for Prosthetics Americas which includes US Team Össur, Ambassadors, Product Champions and New Influencer Program. Liaison with Global for Össur Family, Team Össur and other B2C campaigns, and serve as the regional expert for marketing and sales needs related to B2C. Manage the Össur Ambassador program for Prosthetics Americas through identifying and vetting new members, while communicating regularly and consistently with existing members to maintain and increase loyalty and deliver a strong Össur experience – beyond simply making a personal connection, developing connections to the mission and values of the organization. Research and find new key influencers – identify people and groups w/ potential (ambassadors; product champions; influencers, etc.) to continue growing the Össur Family. Coordinate, document and conduct training for ambassadors and other influencers. Optimize connections, communications and amplification through social media and digital tools by partnering closely with the Marcom team to share messaging, goals, and resources. Engage relationships with amputee community leaders on regional basis, building connections with key Össur marketers and sales leadership and identified organizations and individuals. Lead within Össur for working with Amputee Coalition, CAF/CAF grants and other end user organizations, working with Marketing Communication Manager to identify strategy and opportunities. Contribute to end user PR strategies, coordinate resources, and share outcomes reports under the direction of Global and Regional PR Leadership. Developed and support more effective and efficient pathways for capturing amputee testimonials, video, and other collateral that connects end users to each other and our products via customer and amputee community partnerships in close partnership with social media and Web team members. As a key contact for patient advocates, must represent Össur, be responsive and available. Manage budgets with an eye to ROI, ensuring that expenses are aligned with regional goals and that stakeholders are informed. Assist the Americas Product Marketing Management team with market intelligence, lifecycle support, and cross-functional launch execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 4-6+ years of experience in customer service, community relations, advocacy, or similar roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry. B2C/B2B Marketing experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with internal and external partners; advanced capabilities in teaming well with marketing creative and product marketing teams Empathy and a genuine desire to support individuals facing mobility challenges. Ability to travel occasionally for events or meetings (approximately 10-20%). Preferred Qualifications Experience working with patient advocacy groups or non-profit organizations. Familiarity with the orthopedic MedTech or prosthetics industry. Experience in social media community management. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,668 - $108,908 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
