About the position

The MVZ Psyche Bonn is a care center for people with mental illnesses treated according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). We offer a diverse range of psychotherapeutic services for adults, children, and adolescents. Our highly qualified, interdisciplinary team includes psychological psychotherapists specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy and/or psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as psychiatrists and psychotherapists and specialists in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy, all working in accordance with current guidelines and scientific standards. These are the tasks you can expect from us

As a member of our reception team, you will be a vital link between our patients, therapists, doctors, and the entire practice team.

Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

• Friendly and professional reception of our patients:
• Telephone and in-person support for patients
• Scheduling appointments and the associated administrative and organizational tasks
• Recording and maintenance of patient data
• Processing and managing documents and records
• Coordination and organization of daily practice processes
• Contact person for patients with organizational questions regarding their treatment appointment
• Close collaboration with psychotherapists, doctors and the entire practice team
• Calm, confident and solution-oriented action even with increased patient volume or in challenging situations

Your skills

• Ideally, you have professional experience in the medical, therapeutic or administrative field, e.g. as a medical assistant, physician's assistant or in a comparable role.
• You have experience in dealing with patients, scheduling appointments, and patient management; knowledge of practice management programs (e.g., T2Med and Elefant) is an advantage.
• They work reliably, carefully, independently and in a structured manner, and have a quick grasp of concepts.
• Even in stressful or challenging situations, you remain calm, friendly and professional, and possess a high level of resilience.
• They interact with patients, relatives and colleagues in a confident, empathetic and reliable manner.
• They enjoy working in a team and are interested in the processes of a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care center.
